Clippers rookie forward Blake Griffin has been cleared to run on an anti-gravity treadmill.
He underwent a CT Scan and MRI of the stress fracture of his left patella on Wednesday.
Griffin, the No. 1 overall pick in June's NBA Draft, has yet to play a regular-season game this season.
He is expected to resume basketball activities in three weeks.
