Trail Blazers center Marcus Camby had to leave the team's game against the Nets on Tuesday night with a sprained ankle.

It was just his third game with the team since he was acquired from the Clippers on Feb. 16.

Camby was hurt when Nets center Brook Lopez stepped on his right ankle as they waited for a rebound early in the first quarter.

"I contested a shot [by Devin Harris] and I think Lopez stepped on my ankle," Camby said. "My momentum went the other way. It is pretty sore right now."

X-rays were negative and coach Nate McMillan didn't consider the injury to be serious.

"Hey, Camby, welcome to Portland," McMillan said referring to Portland's injury-plagued season. "It's amazing what our guys are going through. I think he's going to be OK."
