Hawks reserve guard Jamal Crawford is expected to be named the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year during a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.

John Hollinger of ESPN connected the dots after Atlanta sent out a release about a press conference.

"Hawks PR just sent out a release for a major NBA Award announcement at 3 PM tomorrow. Congrats Jamal," Hollinger wrote on his Twitter page late Monday night.

Crawford, who came to the Hawks via trade during the offseason, is enjoying his first-ever playoff run and averaged 18 points during the regular season.
