A significant part of the NBA's labor negotiations will be centered around the rookie age limit, according to a source.

In the 2005 Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, the league instituted a rule that American players must be one year removed from their high school graduating class and at least 19 years old to be eligible for the NBA draft.

As could be expected, the players aren't fans of the rule.

The Business Insider reports that approximately 85 percent of players are against the current age limit.
