Rockets coach Rick Adelman says there is no set return date for Yao Ming even though the center plans to face the Pistons on Tuesday.

Adelman wants to see how Yao responds to a full workout before any decision is made on his return.

Yao has been out for more than three weeks with a sprained and bruised left ankle. He went through a light workout on Thursday at the Toyota Center.
