Kansas coach Bill Self believes that the Big East is college basketball's best conference, but his Big 12 is as close second.

"The Big East probably is the premier league to date with six (teams) in the top 10. But (five ranked teams) puts us right there to be considered among the best one or two leagues in the country," he said.
