Derrick Rose and the Bulls are currently third in the Eastern Conference despite playing a sizable part of the season without Joakim Noah. They have the second best defensive team in the NBA, giving up 100.2 points per 100 possessions.

RealGM asked Rose on Friday if he'd like to see Chicago's management make a move to improve the team's chances in the playoffs.

"We're comfortable right now," Rose said to RealGM. "But it's really not up to me. It's up to the front office to see what they're going to do. I just let them handle that part."

Rose also added that he isn't following developments on the trade market as far as the Bulls are concerned.

The Bulls have an obvious long-term need at shooting guard, so I asked Rose what type of player he would mesh best with in the backcourt.

"Just give me someone that wants to win," said Rose plainly, not thinking about specifics of fit. "That's the biggest thing. Someone that's a winner."
