Entering Saturday’s Big 12 championship game, Texas led the nation in pace adjusted points allowed per game.

Kansas posted 1.25 points per possession against Texas -- the most surrendered by the Longhorns all season.

Using a combination of fast-break points, ball movement and perfectly picked set plays by KU coach Bill Self, the Jayhawks had one of their best offensive performances of the season Saturday.

The Jayhawks outscored the Longhorns 38-18 in points in the paint.
