Front office executives and scouts are not expecting a mass exodus of NBA players to international teams.

"Euro teams don't want our average players, unless they will commit to a full year or two," said one scout. "Those Deron Williams deals, with the opt-out, most teams won't do that. Players will have to commit for an entire season."
