A source involved in the labor talks between the NBA and the players union reports that the parties still have not progressed, though the meeting is ongoing.

"No real progress. A lot of jostling, a lot of back and forth," the source stated.  "But no progress."

The source is quoted as the parties approach another seven hours of bargaining on Wednesday. Talks that began Tuesday ran about 16 hours before the parties broke and decided to reconvene Wednesday morning.

The nation's lead mediator George Cohen is presiding over the meetings.
