Chris Bosh is glad that his situation during the final season he spent with the Raptors doesn't resemble what is currently going on with Dwight Howard and the Magic.

"I'm sure he'll look back at his situation that he was in and be like, 'Man, I probably could have handled X, Y and Z better,' which we all do that all the time," Bosh said of Howard. "But one thing I tried not to do was make it a subject of conversation myself. I knew that it was going be enough with everyone asking, because it's a piece of news. Everybody wants to know.

"But it was all about talking about what was happening at that moment. I just didn't want my teammates to look at me and say, 'Well, he's out of here.' I just wanted them to feel that we're in this together right now and tomorrow is tomorrow and we'll deal that later."

Bosh insists there was never a definitive plan for winding up with the Heat in 2010.

"I never gave a list. I never had a list," he said. "I was just concentrating on trying to make that team successful, which was difficult enough, trying to make the playoffs at that time, and, you know, we still came up short.

"But I couldn't imagine putting more emphasis on something else and everybody's paying attention to that rather than the team."
