The Blazers are 4-6 over their last ten games and Nate McMillan has drawn criticism for his rotation decisions and lack of ingenuity on the offensive side of the ball.

"Of course you hear it, but you don't even have to hear it," McMillan said on Saturday. "You drop four (home) games, you lose to Washington, and you know what people are thinking and how they are feeling. So it's not that I'm walking out here assuming that people are not calling for my job. I get that. It's part of the business.

"I do care about what people say, because I understand that winning and losing has a big impact on this community every day. But they are not in here, they don't know where our guys are at, and who is what. They don't work with these guys on a day-to-day basis. That's their opinion. They are coaches from the stands. We all do that.

"But I have to do what I think is right."

Neither owner Paul Allen nor team president Larry Miller will say McMillan’s job is in jeopardy.

"We still have complete confidence in Nate," Miller said. "We are confident we are going to get it going in the right direction."
