Stephen Curry broke the single game three-pointer record with 13 in the Golden State Warriors' 116-106 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

Curry had been tied with Donyell Marshall and Kobe Bryant for the record with 12 three-pointers.

"This was a special night," Curry said.

Curry shot 13 of 17 from beyond the arc in his seventh career game with double-digit 3s.

Curry went 0-for-10 in the previous game on three-pointers against the Lakers.

"I was hard on myself in practice the last two days. I had pretty good shooting sessions," he said. "I don't overreact to games like that whether I go 0 for 10 or 2 for 12 or whatever it is. My process is the same, but I had another level of focus the last two days trying to get my rhythm back and see the ball go in."
