Lou Williams and the Los Angeles Clippers have recently held talks on a contract extension.

Both sides are evaluating their positions and no deal has materialized.

Williams was included in Houston's trade last June for Chris Paul.

Williams is in the final season of a three-year, $21 million contract he signed with the Lakers in 2015.
