Paul George could consider taking a one-plus-one contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder this offseason, according to multiple front office executives.

George appears to have conflicted feelings on whether to re-sign with the Thunder or explore his options in free agency, so a short-term contract would allow him to hedge. George could earn $30.3 million next season and $32.7 million in 19-20 in case he gets hurt.

By all accounts, George enjoyed his first season with the Thunder and feels good about his partnership with Russell Westbrook.

The Thunder acquired George from the Indiana Pacers at last year's trade deadline.
