Joakim Noah is interested in signing with a contending team again after suffering an injury over the summer.

Noah spent last season with the Memphis Grizzlies.

"I don't know when he got injured but he suffered a significant injury from what I've been told and his career is really in jeopardy," Brian Windhorst said on The Hoop Collective podcast.

Windhorst later offered additional reporting regarding Noah's status on Twitter.

I want to make a clarification on something I said on the Hoop Collective Podcast. I mentioned Joakim Noah had suffered an injury over the summer. He has recovered from the injury and is back working out and looking to sign with a contender.

The Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers each had interest in Noah in the offseason.
