Arturas Karnisovas is considered the strong frontrunner to run the front office of the Chicago Bulls after he had a second round of interviews on Wednesday that included Jerry Reinsdorf.

Yahoo! Sports previously reported on Tuesday that Karnisovas had emerged as the strong frontrunner for the Bulls.

Michael Reinsdorf met with Karnisovas on Tuesday, leading to additional discussions with Jerry Reinsdorf on Wednesday.

If Karnisovas is hired, he's expected to have the autonomy to reshape the front office of the Bulls by hiring a new general manager and additional basketball operations and scouting positions.
