Walt Disney World in Florida plans to reopen to the public on July 11th. The NBA is widely expected to create a bubble city at Disney to resume the 19-20 season with training camps expected to begin in late June and games resuming in mid-to-late July.

Disney's Florida theme parks have been closed since March 15th due to COVID-19.

Jim McPhee, senior vice president of operations for Walt Disney World, said the company plans a phased reopening of the park, with the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom opening on July 11. Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios are set to reopen on July 15.

Disney World visitors will undergo a temperature check and be required to wear face masks.
