John Wall described his preseason debut for the Houston Rockets as a "surreal moment" after missing almost two years due to injuries.

Wall had 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 9 assists in the Rockets' 125-104 win over the Bulls.

"I just knew I was back. I know how much hard work I've been through the last two years. It was a surreal moment for me even though it was preseason," said Wall.

DeMarcus Cousins said that playing alongside Wall was a "cool feeling," adding that the team still had a lot of talent despite the offseason turmoil.

"It was a good showing for whoever's watching, whoever's interested as well. It shows that it's still a really good team here, regardless of the circumstances that are floating around the team right now. It's still a really good team in place, a lot of talent. We're not rolling over because a few pieces are missing."
