Mark Termini is no longer affiliated with Klutch Sports, sources tell Marc Stein of the New York Times.

Termini led negotations for the agency with $1.4 billion in contracts signed from 2014 until 2019. Termini did not negotiate for Klutch during the 2020 NBA draft or the free agency period in November and December.

Termini worked with Klutch beginning in 2012 through the expiration of his contract in December.

Termini's partnership with Rich Paul included the unprecedented "one plus one" strategy used by LeBron James in his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, lengthy contract negotiations involving Eric Bledsoe, Tristan Thompson and J.R. Smith, along with max extensions signed by John Wall and Ben Simmons. During Termini's tenure, Klutch Sports also secured "all-you-can-get deals" for their clients in which 90-plus percent of their salaries are paid by April 1st.
