The Golden State Warriors claimed guard Jeff Dowtin off waivers. The point guard was waived after spending the preseason with the Orlando Magic.

The Warriors then converted Dowtin's contract to a Two-Way deal. Dowtin joins Chris Chiozza as Golden State's two Two-Way players.

Dowtin went undrafted out of Rhode Island at the 2020 NBA Draft. He played for the Lakeland Magic during the 2021 G League bubble. In 15 games, Dowtin averaged 6.5 points and 2.5 assists.
