Frank Vogel has come under fire for the Los Angeles Lakers underwhelming start to the 2021-22 season. Despite the heat, Vogel said he's not worried about keeping his job as Lakers coach.

Vogel said he hasn't spoken with Los Angeles GM Rob Pelinka about his status, but that he believes he has management's support.

After beating the Boston Celtics on Tuesday, the Lakers are back above .500 at 13-12. That's far below expectations for a team that has championship aspirations. Los Angeles has been beset by injuries and their veteran-laden roster hasn't come together the way they hoped it would.

With limited trade possibilities, due to very few tradable contracts, speculation has fallen on Vogel being the fall guy if change is deemed necessary.
