The Toronto Raptors have informed teams they will make a decision whether they will be a buyer, seller or stand pat near NBA trade deadline day, sources tell Shams Charania of The Athletic. 

The Raptors are currently 23-28 and in 12th place in the Eastern Conference. The Raptors were widely expected to be a playoff team entering the season.

Fred VanVleet and Gary Trent Jr. are considered more likely to be moved than other players given their ability to become free agents in the offseason.

OG Anunoby is also receiving significant interest on the trade market.
