New Orleans Pelicans assistant coach Ryan Pannone will become an assistant coach at Alabama under Nate Oats, reported ESPN.

Pannone was previously the G League head coach for the Pelicans for three seasons.

Pannone also interviewed for a head coaching job at South Florida this spring.
