The Los Angeles Clippers have promoted Trent Redden to general manager and Mark Hughes to Senior VP/assistant general manager.

The promotions follow the departure of Michael Winger to the Washington Wizards. 

Redden and Hughes will continue to report to Lawrence Frank.
