The Atlanta Hawks and Toronto Raptors held serious discussions this past offseason on a Pascal Siakam trade, sources tell jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

The Hawks have had a disappointing start to the season and are expected to be active in trade discussions leading to the deadline. The Hawks also held three-team trade talks with the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons on a De'Andre Hunter deal.

Siakam and OG Anunoby will be free agents in 2024 and there is an increasing expectation that the Toronto Raptors will finally trade one of the pair.

“Toronto’s going to be forced to make a decision,” one general manager told Yahoo Sports.
