Nikola Jokic made some history by the end of the third quarter of the Denver Nuggets victory over the Washington Wizards on Thursday. Jokic had already put together a triple-double against the Wizards. That gave Jokic a triple-double against every NBA team, minus the Nuggets, for whom he's played his entire career.

On the accomplishment, the Nuggets star was consistent in saying that it's something he'll think about when his career is over.

"Like I always say, it’s just something that after I finish my career, it’s a legacy milestone. I’m going to look back and say, 'That’s a really cool thing to do'," Jokic said.

Jokic finished the game with 21 points (on a perfect 10-for-10 from the field), 19 rebounds and 15 assists. This was Jokic's 121st career triple-double in the regular season. He's also had 16 triple-doubles in the playoffs, including 10 in 20 games during the Nuggets title run in 2023.
