Weems tweeted that Zalgiris is incapable of providing proper treatment for the injury.

He averaged 11.8 and 4.4 in 46 games with the Lithuanian pro team.

Besiktas guard Carlos Arroyo suffered an injury against the Artland Dragons and will be out 4-6 weeks, according to a report.

Immediate details on the injury were not given, but Arroyo is expected to miss the Eurochallenge Final Four, which will be held April 27-29.
