Chester "Bubba" Person knows the cure to whatever ailed his brother, Wesley, during the past two seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers. And it all starts with home.

"Now Wesley has one of the big brothers there, and that'll help," said Chester, the second oldest of the four Person brothers. "Chuck is someone for him to talk to. We were all close growing up. No one knows us better."

And no one knows the Cavaliers guard better than Chuck, who retired last season after 13 NBA seasons. Chuck Person, a volunteer assistant coach with the Cavs, said his younger brother, Wesley, has something to prove after what he considers consecutive mediocre seasons.
