Paul Pierce had a few words of advice for Antoine Walker during Celtics practice yesterday at The Sports Authority Center in Waltham.

``I told him to keep shooting,'' Pierce said.

Of course, that didn't stop Pierce from enjoying some good-natured fun at Walker's expense. Noting his fellow co-captain's 6-for-23 shooting line from the field a night earlier in Philadelphia, including 0-for-11 on 3-point attempts, Pierce couldn't resist some tongue-in-cheek commentary.

``I was teasing him about how on SportsCenter they gave him the Jacque Vaughn treatment,'' said Pierce, referring to ESPN's nightly report, which earlier in the season had tracked the Atlanta guard's 0-for-22 shooting struggles. ``I told him they're going to make a special out of it. I told him when they do, I'll be watching.''
