For the Jazz, Game 4 of their first-round playoff series against Sacramento could be their last one this season.

For Karl Malone, it could be his last one in Utah.

For John Stockton, it could be his last one, period.

Down 2-1 against the Kings, the Jazz must win tonight at the Delta Center or suffer their earliest elimination (in terms of games played) since 1989.

"It's a one-game playoff," said Malone. "That's where we're at right now."

Stockton has anchored the Jazz for almost two decades, along with Malone. Utah's dynamic duo has taken a once-laughable franchise and turned it into one of the most successful in the league.

But change seems imminent, especially if the Jazz lose to Sacramento.
