John Stockton insists he hasn't given it any thought yet, but tonight's game could be the last of his storied 18-year NBA career.

The 40-year-old Jazz point guard is under contract for next season, but he hasn't made any commitments to come back. He has said all along he would assess the situation this summer, then decide.

And if he does decide to retire, the final game of the season could be his last one ever.

Which brings us to tonight.

Down 2-1 to the Sacramento Kings in a best-of-five first-round playoff series, the Jazz must win to force a Game 5 Thursday in Sacramento.

A loss sends Stockton home for the summer, and possibly into retirement. And a decision from Stockton is just one of many possible changes the Jazz face.
