More than 100 of the best young basketball players in the country will be in St. Louis this weekend, working on their games and reputations. And Michael Jordan, perhaps the most recognizable figure in the history of the sport, is in town to watch.

The Nike Hoop Jamboree will be held today through Saturday at St. Louis University. But only the participants will be able to get a glimpse of Jordan. The camp, in St. Louis for the fourth consecutive year, is not open to the public.

The camp participants, most of whom have recently completed their freshman or sophomore year of high school, were selected by Nike's global camp director, George Raveling. Fewer than 10 of the camp participants are entering their freshman year of high school, including Jeffrey Jordan, the oldest son of Michael Jordan, who retired from the NBA in April after a career in which he led the Chicago Bulls to six NBA titles.
