RealGM.com Atlanta Hawks Affiliate Jason Walker has learned that the Atlanta Hawks will match Utah's offer sheet for guard Jason Terry.

He has also learned that the deal is for only three years at around $20 million and that the Hawks will probably take the full 15 days to match.
