Magic guard Tracy McGrady is likely to only be fined and not suspended for twice kicking a basketball into the stands during Friday night's win 102-98 win over the Denver Nuggets.

"I tried to boot that thing up out of the arena, especially the second time when I got it back," joked McGrady, who is expected to find out the amount of the fine prior to tonight's game. "I just thought it was so funny what was going on out there with the bad calling. That (second kick) was just the frustration of the season and I let it all out."

Magic general manager spoke with NBA Vice President of Operations Stu Jackson on Saturday and was told that McGrady would likely only be fined but that the matter was still under review.

"I think that's all there is going to be," Gabriel said referring to a fine. "(Stu Jackson) said there isn't a precedent to suspend on something like that. He wouldn't rule (a suspension) out, but he didn't think there would be one.

McGrady is expected to be fined between $7,500 and $15,000.
