Chris Bosh tied his career-high for points on Monday night with 25, in a 105-94 victory over the Orlando Magic.

"Not yet," Bosh said when asked if he's ready to assume the role that's been vacant since Carter was traded to New Jersey last month. "It's a little tough. I have my nights. I'm still learning. Every player wants to embrace that, but it's real early."

The Raptors are keen on rebuilding around the 20-year-old, but he has struggled at times this season.

"We just have to get him to play at this level more consistently," Toronto coach Sam Mitchell said.

The Raptors are now 3-5 since trading Vince Carter to the Nets.
