LeBron James started for the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night at Utah despite a sore right knee that was X-rayed earlier in the day.

Doctors told James the knee was bruised or sprained. James said he was hurt Friday night in a 99-79 loss at Golden State and that the knee was so sore Saturday morning he wasn't sure he could play that night when the Cavaliers wrapped up a six-game road trip.

"It kind of got better over the day," James said before the game. "I'm probably going to have an MRI in the next week or so."
