The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed guard Billy Thomas through the the 2008-09 season. This allows him to be eligible for the playoffs.  He was signed to a 10-day contract on February 22 and to his second 10-day contract on March 3.  Thomas has played in six games with the Cavaliers this season.
