Jazz point guard Deron Williams is expected to miss more time because of a sprained left ankle.

His timetable for returning is now four-to-six weeks, as opposed to the original minimum of two weeks.

"They just said two weeks because they knew I didn't want to hear four to six weeks, probably," Williams said Friday. "Dr. [Lyle] Mason knows me. Now I wish they would have, so I wouldn't have got my hopes up."

Williams admitted that he believed he was ahead of schedule, but he is now expected to miss Utah's five-game road trip.
