North Carolina's Ty Lawson and Wayne Ellington will announce their draft plans on Thursday afternoon, according to the Associated Press.

Lawson and Ellington will be joined by Tar Heels coach Roy Williams at a press conference, announcing whether or not they'll return to school for their senior season.
