The Raptors have agreed to trade Carlos Delfino and Roko Ukic to Milwaukee in exchange for Amir Johnson and Sonny Weems as part of a four-player trade, a person with direct knowledge of the deal told The Associated Press on Monday.

Following the acquisitions of Hedo Turkoglu and Jarrett Jack, Toronto had little playing time to offer either Delfino and Ukic.  Johnson, meanwhile, will certainly add much needed athleticism to the Raptors' frontline.
