New Orleans went 13-for-25 from beyond the arc and Minnesota won the rebounds battle by a whopping twenty. The San Antonio Spurs (10-9) got a much-needed win against the Sacramento Kings (9-12) at the AT&T Center. San Antonio shot 55% and outrebounded Sacramento by three. The Los Angeles Lakers (17-3) thumped the Utah Jazz (12-9) by holding them to just six points in the fourth quarter. Kobe Bryant led with 27 points, eight assists and six rebounds, Pau Gasol posted 19 points and 12 boards and Lamar Odom contributed seven points and 10 rebounds. Los Angeles turned the ball over just nine times and held Utah to 33% shooting.
