Reggie Williams of the Sioux Falls Skyforce was today named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played during the week of Dec. 21.

Williams led Sioux Falls to a 2-0 record last week, including two home victories over the Springfield Armor.

Williams averaged 26.5 points, shooting 63 percent (22-of-34) from the field last week, to go with 4.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists.  The forward out of Virginia Military Institute notched his third 30-plus point of the season outing on Dec. 26 when he scored 31 points on 13-of-18 shooting from the floor.  On the season, Williams ranks second in the league with 26.5 points per game and fourth in the league shooting 60 percent (69-of-116) from the field.  

Other top performers last week included Maine?s Trey Gilder, who averaged 23.0 points and 6.0 rebounds in two games for the Red Claws; Iowa?s Cartier Martin, who averaged 23.0  points and 4.5 rebounds in two games for the Energy; and Rio Grande Valley?s Garrett Temple who averaged 17.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in two games for the Vipers.
