Philadelphia general manager Ed Stefanski isn't happy with the team's play through the first two full months of the season.

"I'm not happy," Stefanski said. "The coaching staff, the players, we're all not happy. We're not playing to the level that we should be. We are what the record says we are. We've got to keep working at it, and we will. And in the personnel department, I've got to do my job, too. We've got to keep trying to get better."
