After being turned down by Michigan State's Tom Izzo, the Cavaliers' search for a new head coach remains at a standstill.

Cleveland general manager Chris Grant said Thursday night that the team has not wavered from their process to "find the right guy."

It is believed that Phil Jackson's future will dictate Cleveland's.

The Cavaliers are interested in Byron Scott, but he would be a favorite to replace Jackson with the Lakers if he decides to retire.
