LeBron James left Miami's preseason game against CSKA Moscow on Tuesday night with leg cramps.

There was an audible gasp from the crowd at AmericanAirlines Arena when James limped from the floor right to the locker room.

"After seeing [Dwyane] Wade go down in the first couple of minutes of our first preseason game and then to see me grab my hamstring, I knew exactly what they felt," James said.

"But I'm fine and I could be ready for the next game."

James had 22 points before leaving with four minutes left in the third quarter.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said that James will not play against the Hornets on Wednesday night.
