DeMarcus Cousins is continuing to make "good progress" in his rehab from a torn left Achilles tendon.

Cousins suffered the injury on Jan. 26.

"I think he'll be more involved in practice," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. "He's been doing a lot of individual work most of the young season. He has not participated in most of our practices. He's done work in the weight room, the training room, on the floor before practice, so I think we're going to start seeing him involved in more of our team activities.

"Five-on-0, ballhandling, skill work, and then if we do scrimmage which is very rare, if we do it's usually with the young guys who don't play a lot, he'll probably join those scrimmages."

The Warriors have yet to release a public target date for Cousins to return.

Kerr was asked if Cousins is exceeding expectations in his rehab.

"We're not going down that path," Kerr said with a smile. "He's doing fine, he's doing well."
