Fred Hoiberg is in the fourth season of a five-year, $25 million contract with the Chicago Bulls that is fully guaranteed.

The next month is critical for Hoiberg's future with the Bulls. While wins and losses will carry weight for Hoiberg, there needs to be some serious improvement in the development of Chicago's young players. With the roster healthy, a better assessment of Hoiberg will be possible.

While Gar Forman, John Paxson and Michael Reinsdorf will have input on the Hoiberg decision, Jerry Reinsdorf appears to still be the decider on these types of matters for the Bulls.

There has not been a decision made on Hoiberg yet either way.
