LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo lead their conferences in voting after the first return for the 2019 NBA All-Star Game.

The leading vote-getter from each conference is selected as a captain for their respective team in the All-Star Game. A playground-style draft in which the two captains pick their side will be televised this year.

Kyrie Irving and Steph Curry received the most guard votes in total across conferences.

Other surprises include Luka Doncic getting the second-most frontcourt votes in the West above Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis, and Derrick Rose receiving more votes at the guard position than James Harden and Russell Westbrook.
