Danny Ainge compared and contrasted this upcoming Boston Celtics season with last year's expectations, saying that their current roster presents new challenges.

"There are different kinds of questions. I think that last year's questions were more based on, you know, how is it going to jell? There was not a question of how much talent we had ... This year the question is, 'Are we good enough?'" asked Ainge.

Ainge specifically addressed his concerns about the Celtics defense without Al Horford.

"We've been good defensively over the last few years, so I worry about our defense taking a step backwards. We need to have everybody step up on defense," said Ainge.

Ainge added that the team will need to replace Horford's production not with one player, but with multiple players on the roster.
